Lux Radio Theater 50-02-13 (689) The Stratton Story (HQ)


"The Stratton Story" from Lux Radio Theatre aired February 13, 1950 on CBS starring Jimmy Stewart, June Allyson and John McIntire". Tells the true story of Monty Stratton, a Major League Baseball pitcher who pitched for the Chicago White Sox from 1934-1938.

This is one of the most moving dramas that Jimmy Stewart performed, of the many he did for Lux.
